Spend a Saturday afternoon designing and planting your own version of Flouer’s large autumn basket arrangement.
We have a lovely selection of autumnal plants and decorative gourds for you to recreate this planted autumn basket arrangement. Perfect to place in an entrance porch, undercover beside your front doorway or in a coolish conservatory. For your own home or as a gorgeous, seasonal gift.
This large basket is fully lined so it can be placed indoors and the plants watered without any leaks. Arrange it beside your festive pumpkin display for autumn and then swap out the mini gourds and replace with Christmas baubles and sparkles etc so the arrangement takes you well into the winter months.
And when you’re ready you can move the perennials outside into your garden and reuse the decorative basket for a spring arrangement or storage.
Workshop on Saturday 17th Oct 2pm to 3.30pm at Flouer Flowers, Unit 4, The Hirsel Homestead, Hirsel Estate, Coldstream, Scottish Borders TD12 4LW.
Tea and coffee and a snack will be provided, so you can linger on after getting your hands dirty (not really - rubber gloves will be provided) for a lovely Flouer’s Friends chat too. So we’ll aim to finish the session by 4pm.
Workshop includes large, lined wicker basket (basket shown 42×30×14.5cm), autumnal plants (min 8 plants), decorative gourds, compost, moss, ribbons. (Please feel free to bring along anything additional that you’d like to include to personalise your design).
There will be a variety of plants and gourds to choose from - they will be similar to those in the photo but exact colours and shape may differ.
(Gloves and apron will be provided during class. And a glue gun with be available.)
Prices include VAT.
