Prices displayed include Royal Mail 24 postage, delivering across Great Britain (only), and VAT. We cannot guarantee specific varieties or colours. Orders received before 4pm will be dispatched the following day (due to the hot weather and because we cut to order often, we need enough time for the flowers to be cut then properly conditioned with a long drink before they can be packed to travel, so we can’t offer same day dispatch). Orders received after 4pm may have to be dispatched two days later. Orders are sent out Royal Mail 24 and can dispatch Mon, Tues, Weds & Thursday. On rare occasions we can send out on a Friday however it’s not recommended during the summer due to the risk that Royal Mail don’t manage to deliver next day and flowers could be delayed until Monday delivery. Orders received after 4pm on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday (unless a special order dispatch has been agreed by email). Although we try our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee delivery days and can’t be responsible for Royal Mail’s failure to deliver on a set day.
Farm Fresh Cut Flowers are boxed in our branding, kraft paper and protected with wheat straw grown here on our farm.
On rare occasions we may not be able to fulfil an entire arrangement from our own fields, be that due to weather, force majeure, unauthorised animal banqueting etc, and so we may have to source additional flowers from outside growers. In these instances we strive to add something new and unusual to our offering (something different). From other UK growers, or if we have sourced imported flowers then we’ll choose unusual flowers that aren’t easily sourced here or elsewhere in the UK. That way we’re always offering you a truly unique and special floral experience. If you absolutely do not want any flowers included from outside the UK, please add a note to your order.
